Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. is owned and operated by Ted and Julia Steele. Established by the Kobie family in 1998 as a branch office of Kobie Kooling, Inc. of Fort Myers, the business was purchased by the Steele’s in December 2002. A new corporation was formed, and the business began operations under the new name of Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. Pursuant to the purchase agreement, our company Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. now exclusively serves customers in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, and Kobie Kooling, Inc. exclusively serves Lee, and Collier counties.
We provide service, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems for residential and light commercial customers. Located at 533 Paul Morris Drive, in Englewood, Florida, Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. currently employs approximately 15 people, and operates 10 service vehicles.
We also have a new construction division and welcome the opportunity to work with local builders and contractors.

You will get an honest assessment of the condition of your current equipment we will never tell you it’s broke when it’s not. It’s that simple.
You will be treated with dignity and respect the people we send to your home will be clean-cut, uniformed professionals who are prompt and courteous, and treat you with respect and your home and property with care.
You will be informed we will provide you with your options, and the information and recommendations you need to make your own decisions on service or replacement of your system.
You have payment options including most major credit cards, consumer financing and delayed payment plans to those who qualify (including many who tell us their credit is not exactly perfect!), and any applicable manufacturers’ or FP&L rebates.
When you need us, we’ll be there with 24 hour service at no extra charge, even on holidays and weekends. When you’re system breaks down or needs a repair. For any warranty work on your new equipment. We’re building our reputation one customer at a time.
